My Healing Fast



How I healed my Diabetes Type 2 in 30 days. 

MANDATORY daily: one gallon of spring water (optional - add key lime juice)

MANDATORY breakfast: Bromide Plus and Green Food. Made shake or smoothie with fruit. Really cut my appetite.

MANDATORY before bed: one glass of warm spring water with key lime juice

DAILY OPTIONS MENU: Fruits, herbs, and vegetables from the Nutritional Guide ONLY in the form of soups, smoothies, shakes, infusions, and teas. Nothing solid - all were infused, blended or juiced. 10 TIPS:
1. This was my journey. I am in no way endorsing this as a journey that will work for you.

3. Stay close to a toilet if you're on the Chelation.
4. Be ready in your mind to be VERY ill.
5. Plan lots of activities to keep distracted from quitting

7. Meal plan. VERY important. So much easier when you get a little hungry to have something prepared on the ready. The hunger is only a momentary feeling. What you do next, is vital. Grab something already prepared.
8. Listen to your body. Enjoy the journey.
9. Be aware. Meditate (or just set aside some alone time).
10. STAY FOCUSSED.
