The body can only assimilate plant-based minerals and nutrients. Meat is the most acidic substance consumed by humans: it becomes uric acid and pus in the body, and subsequently hardened plaque mucous resulting in compromised cell membranes and disease.
Wherever this hardened mucous lodges in the body over time or during formation in the womb, so the disease is named. In the chest, pneumonia or chest cold; in the pancreas, diabetes; in the intestines, colon cancer; in the head, tumours or mental illnesses; and so on.

Further, eating extracted substances and bi-products from animals such as cheeses, milk, butters, fish oils, and other dairy produce are highly acidic to the body's alkaline electric state.
